If you are falling behind at AIT the cadre is practically guaranteed to help you catch up, as long as you aren’t a turd and are willing to put in the effort. There is definitely an attrition rate, but if you’ve got the line scores to qualify for the MOS, you’ve probably got sufficient gray matter to handle the academics.
